Shipping/DOA Policy

At CF Corals, we're committed to delivering your aquatic treasures safely and promptly. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping/DOA process:

Shipping Rates:

• Orders Over $299: Enjoy free shipping on all orders exceeding $299.

• Orders Under $299: A flat shipping fee of $35 for Florida in state shipments or $45 for other state shipments.

Shipping Schedule:

• Days: We ship live items Monday through Thursday to ensure your corals arrive fresh and healthy.

• Carrier: All shipments are sent via UPS or FedEX Overnight, typically arriving by 10:30 AM EST. Please note, delivery times may vary for remote areas.

Packaging:

• We use specialized packaging to ensure the safe arrival of your live corals, including insulated boxes and heat or cold packs as needed.

Live Arrival Guarantee:

• In the unlikely event of a DOA (Dead on Arrival), please submit a DOA request within 2 hours of the FedEx posted delivery time. Include clear photos of the coral in its original, unopened bag.

Weather Delays:

• We may hold shipments if inclement weather conditions pose a risk to the health of your corals. We'll communicate any such delays promptly.
